Race Assistance Services
Epsilon team started offering assistance services in the first Paris-Dakar Rallies, and throughout the years it has also carried out integral logistic services in competitions around the world. Thanks to an adapted fleet, we are one of the assistance teams with a greatest number of race completions and therefore provide the best services for our customers.
Epsilon team offers 3 types of race assistance:
MOTORBIKE assistance packs:
- Registrations
- Permits
- Visas
- Vaccines
- Plane tickets
- Hotels
- Team Manager (Checks, briefings, departure times, etc.) before and after the race.
- Professional mechanics with Rally-Raid experience
- Transport of spare parts in T4 truck
- Transport of spare parts in T5 truck
- Team Epsilon Bivouac: private hot water shower, tables, chairs, assembly of tents…
- Transport/pick up of vehicle to/from embarkation point.

TRUCK assistance packs:
We are proud to have a nearly unique vehicle in Europe: an assistance truck that is exclusively designed to offer assistance to Rally-Raid competition trucks.
